  IF it is an endocrine disorder, then the "Gender affirming care" would be to normalize their hormone levels, rather than further distrupting them. But 99% of these cases are not an issue of endocrine disorders or genetic abnormalities, but rather mental illness masquerading as identity politics (my step father is a trans racial mexican jew)

  They claim that transgender people are being "genocided", yet when you support genitally mutilating and sterilizing children, that is somehow NOT genocide. Not only that but trangeder people are by definition ending their genetic line by doing so, so its functionally impossible to "genocide" a transgender. Then they want to call people fascists, yet when it comes to totalitarianism, its the left who cant stand freedom of speech, parental control of their childrens education, and systematic discrimination such as affirmative action and "equity". War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength.

  No the judge ruled on the issue of qualified immunity, which is completely different that judging on the merits. Other than that, strippers are engaged in free expression, but there is a reason why children are not allowed in strip clubs, because children do not get full constitutional rights, nor do people have full first amendment rights to speak to children, which is why we have internet child privacy laws.

  To be clear you put states attorney generals together with "nonsense peddlers", then you call a federal judge "batshit crazy", none of those are legal analysis but rather political pejoratives

  Also, the part that the states are quoting above is from the district court ruling and not the 5th Circuit injunction, which is what is on appeal. Which is… kinda weird. Basically, the states are trying to pretend that the 5th Circuit adopted the district court’s ruling, when it mostly did not.

  What you fail to understand is that the district court is the one who is the "finder of fact", so an amicus applying the law to the facts is going to cite the district court.

  You still do not have competition, you have state sponsored entities, building duplicate infrastructure. It is literally more efficient to just build the infrastructure once, and mandate that the companies have to be common carriers and profit capped.

Hell, any of them could retroactively do that today. Doing so would destroy the idiotic illusion they’ve tried desperately to create for their constituents, and would be the opposite of propaganda. Can’t have that.
