    the premise is if everyone was literally blind, there could by definition be no racism, because it would be impossible for them to detect race. The fact that you have to resort to mental gymnastics, that "there is a problem", and therefore the solution to the "problem" is benevolent racism, and not seeing how malevolent it is to the "problem" races, is ironic given that was the entire justification of Jim Crow.

    Problem 6: It claims Media Matters “defamed” exTwitter, but then doesn’t include a defamation claim. The lawsuit mentions defamation three times, but not in the claims. So it repeatedly pretends that it’s arguing defamation, even though it’s not:
    There is a tort of "False Light", which does not require saying anything false but for example "lies by omission", which I think is appropriate given that they omitted their process of intentionally trying to create the harm they sought to publicize.
    Indeed, what little justification they do present is not at all how any of this works. To get jurisdiction in Texas for non-Texas parties, they have to show that someone in Texas was involved, that the laws were violated by parties while they were in Texas, or were somehow directed at Texas parties. The complaint doesn’t even make an effort to do any of that. It just says “a substantial part of the events giving rise to the claims occurred herein.” But that’s not how any of this works.
    Lookup the Texas long arm jurisdictional statue and lookup the "Calder Effects Test", all that needs to be pled is that the defendant intended Texans to stop doing business with Twitter, so I don't really see a problem with that either, though media matters can claim forum non conveniens the Texas state laws can still be applied.

    AI didn't do any of this, it was human managers, who decided to misuse AI, as the bode explains the AI wasn't told that the patients had covid, yet bode blames AI for the humans not telling it those details. Its like complaining that Databases are bad, because the databases were used for decisions, and someone didn't update the database. Karl Bode of course has no interest about how AI has folded every single human protein, or is doing drug discovery, or is finding the single nucleotide polymorphisms in cancer genomes for diagnosis, because it doesn't align with his "CAPITALISM BAD" viewpoint.

    There is no such thing as "Free Healthcare", only someone else paying for the healthcare. With "free" healthcare, people have no incentive to use healthcare less, and will take riskier life decisions. However in many socialized countries everyone gets free rationed care, which effectively means that you have to wait weeks or even months for procedures.

    They shouldn’t. But it’s telling that you think not landing a job is the same thing as being deprived of one’s civil rights, and that an African immigrant getting a job instead of a Ukranian immigrant is depriving the Ukranian immigrant of their civil rights.
    It is, and that is the policies which are being sued over, I encourage you to go listen to the "Students for fair admissions vs Harvard" oral arguments. My state literally had a "Black" coronavirus relief fund, for example, which certainly wasn't open to Ukrainians.

    Why don't you take a stab at why East Asia is more prosperous than Africa? Are you trying to justify your racism, by claiming that white people have some "original guilt", or rather "corruption by blood", for which we need a "bill of attainder" to "get even"? You want to transform the idea of "civil rights" into a "privilege" then measure a persons privilege with a racial hierarchy.

    I would revise it, if the companies and corporations would forever abolish any sort of "race conscious" anti-white discrimination, and the immigration laws were enforced, and we stopped sending people to die in middle eastern wars, to create more refugees to bring here and drain my wallet with taxes.

    So you admit that illegal immigrants are getting food stamps in sanctuary states like California?
    Oh, and it turns out that these immigrants DO pay more into “the commons”, ie, public funding, than MOST CITIZENS.
    Immigrants take more out of the system than they put in, as per the heritage foundation and many other studies on the topic, and whatever source you're cherry picking pertains to legal immigrants, who are not allowed in if they are going to be a "public charge".

    How can immigrants, go to schools, use roads, use police? Also, its funny that you think they are stealing social security numbers to pay taxes, you realize that you can literally elect to withhold nothing, just claim 10 exemptions on form w4, and stick the real person with the tax bill. Also, my state has no sales tax, but imagine being so delusional to think that sales tax is the predominant form of taxation, and is enough to pay for all of the social benefits. There are so many empirical studies about this, for example out of the heritage institute, that its laughable that you are taking the opposite position, even Mayors of Chicago / NYC are saying that immigration is costing them too much to afford.

    "As of July 1, 2022, United States Census Bureau estimates that 75.8% of the US population were white alone" So with that aside, what do you think happens when you have a large population of migrants entering the country, might they "replace" the percentage of the population, so that they comprise a smaller percentage in the future, while still retaining the jobs they had previously? Also, trying to "move the needle" is literally admission of violations of discrimination laws, or that you think some people deserve jobs based upon their race instead of their merits.
