A sitting judge (whether in their professional or personal life) made some comments that were connected to them and published as such is now suing. Now correct me if wrong but unless there was some kind of confidentiality agreement, said judge is fair game. Especially if this was a situation of being overheard. For instance say you work for AB Company and are known to be of said company. If you start making statements about things involving AB that are privy to any reporter within earshot outside of closed doors. Couldn't it be considered fair game? And this is a cover someones ass situation? And that is before the your in a elected position. Then I would think it is twofold as for scrutiny.
Yes they are but I don't know about anyone else but it bothers me when they bake a pie and say its for me. Then they cut it saying I'll get a good piece. Then they pick the biggest piece they cut and I realize I'm lucky to get a piece. Makes me not want pie anymore...
Thank you for the effort and I agree with you about the anon post... Though I'm feeling a bit neglected by our D. Helmet I made a poor assumption that he would be all over this like awesomeness in Mel Brook's films.
Google must sort through 63,000 videos that it has no prior knowledge of. Viacom had to sort out 100 videos it had complete knowledge of. Anyone else see a logic issue here? Oops my mistake where does logic factor into legal cases...
If you like I could squeeze out a foo for you to wear. But then again it might not give you the support you want... No one asked I just didn't want ACs jumping on my back since I think we should flush our two party system but don't let that stop you.
I apologize AC. I'd happily format my thoughts again for you but alas your but a Anon coward. Simply put, I think Mr. Harris is misrepresenting for at least a significant if not a majority portion of Xbox 360 owners. He is offering a singular opinion but construing it in such a manner that he represents more than himself.
Here's why your whole comment is a load of crap. Yes it works perfectly fine offline. Many of my friends, family, and myself didn't buy it for offline functionality solely. We PAY a annual fee to be provided a service. I personally spend 85% of my time when using my Xbox on live. 99% of people huh? I'd like to see how many people who own a Xbox also use live. Its a bit more than 1%. I don't cheat or exploit any game on Xbox. But you can sure as hell bet I get downright pissed when Xbox Live constantly fails to connect me to my friends, or drops connection, or simply doesn't work. So when I see they are wasting time and energy on things like this instead of maintaining the service its understandable why as a customer I would be unhappy. What majority of instances are you talking about? People getting banned? People exploit many games besides this, yet now, in the case of this one big seller its suddenly justified to step in and cover up the Infinity Wards screw up? Do us a favor and besides taking your console off XBL, take your computer off the internet and stop wasting peoples time. Go back to that little bubble you live in.
Doesn't count if your not signed in. That said I'm sure you will catch some flak Mike for that last bit of opinion were they sue fans. Which is IMO (no its not always humble) the exact goal. The way I'm guessing this goes down is: 1) Money grab by lawyer or parties litigating this. 2) Publicity grab by the lawyer. 3) Frustrated idiots who don't know how to work whatever system Google has setup. Viewer choice on this. Vote on your favorite option or debate it. Either way your input is greatly appreciated. Hell why don't we have some fun and all you industry players who list your credentials are invited too. :)
You consistently invent new bullshit to hope people believe. Do everyone a favor and take your ball and go home. Wait a minute, that is not your ball you just invented the lie it is. Leave the ball and just go home.
Ah when in doubt its always good to fall back on calling someone an asshole... I actually agree with you though these Camera cops we suffer through is utter bullshit. My roommate got pegged at a nearby Redlight camera for survey says: making a legal right hand turn. Ding ding ding!
Do you just ignore everyone who requests that you back up your statements with some evidence or even just some factual examples? It seems you like to leave long winded opinion rather than joining the discussion honestly. IMO.
"You Lie!" Sorry. I had to be the first to make a Joe Wilson reference. In all honesty I think they all lie. It is just a matter of whether we catch them with their hand in the cookie jar or if they manage to throw up that governmental smoke screen. Personally I think we need to start calling Shenanigans any time they make excuses for this sort of behavior.
