  Two minor points affect this case this time:

  The source went off to join da'esh, and that's proven.
  The guy appears to be dead, though that's not yet proven.
  
  The reporter, from a far-right propaganda outlet, is simply
  trying to make a martyr of himself against Canada; but it
  remains to be seen if he will go through with contempt or
  just take the publicity he's already generated and pin a
  medal on himself. ‌ ‌ ; ]
  
  I heard that the Supreme Court was applying a set of safeguards
  that this reporter failed to meet. ‌ Does anybody see that list?

  "Christians" who attempt to live by the old Law…

  This is not embeds, it's different feeds for each market.
  
  If Techdirt splits the audience for each nation that browses
  the site and shows ads customized to each national audience
  then it gets more ads, more ad revenue, and local sellers
  earn more money from local audiences. Everybody wins.
  
  For a small business like Techdirt it wouldn't amount to
  much at all but multi-billion dollar whales like the NFL
  can make this lobbying effort well worth their while.

  I'm no expert on this but…

  …it seems unlikely that an American court could overturn the
  Appeals Court finding that the murder had been committed on
  American soil even though the resulting death was in Mexico.
  
  Even if a Mexican court or official decided otherwise, this
  finding must be overturned by an American judge or official
  in order to start extradition in the American court system.
