Making Microsoft Likeable in the Valley

A long, but fairly interesting, story about the guy who’s job it is to make Microsoft more likeable to companies and people in Silicon Valley. Definitely worth reading. I wonder how one gets a job where the main job description seems to be “schmoozing” with the occasional “sucking up”.
