All Is Good In Tivo Land?

Tivo’s “earnings guidance” of today was reported on as good news for the company. That’s good, because Tivo seems like a pretty cool system (which is definitely high on my current wishlist of gadgets), and it would be a shame if they went out of business. However, once you look at the numbers, they still don’t look too encouraging. $20 to $24 million in revenue for the year, along with $145 million to $155 million in losses. That’s not anywhere near profitability.
