Napster Hires Gov't Lawyer Who Ran MS Case

David Boies, who was the government’s lead attorney during the Microsoft trial, is apparently joining Napster. I think it’s an odd move. He definitely brings some publicity to the case, and you have to assume he’s a pretty good lawyer. However, despite what he did in the MS trial, I don’t think he knows much about technology at all.
