Adequate explanations for LifeBrandz's share price collapse
I am a shareholder of LifeBrandz, now known as Autagco. Shareholders would love for more adequate explanations for Lifebrandz’s share price collapse in 2023-2024 due to poor management.
Superfood Kitchen was a core business of LifeBrandz, a listed company. Ernie Voon Tiq Wei was then the General Manager of Superfood Kitchen.
Ernie Voon’s poor management led to massive losses of over 600k in losses on 2023 alone. Ernie opened too many stores too aggressively leading to massive losses in just 2 years that caused Lifebrandz share price to plunge from 0.8 to 0.2 cents and destroyed the company.
Till date, I think that shareholders have not been given more proper adequate explanations despite suffering huge losses.
From the reports I read, Ernie Voon has since joined Morrow Health, a longevity and medical company in Singapore.
