I might have been interested, but I’m guessing that in plain English, that really means “maximum flight time of 16 minutes (if you’re willing to risk a crash), but we throw in a spare battery, so you can do it twice” ?

It could also mean that there’s two batteries of 16 minutes’ sustained flight time each on board.
