Windows Mobile Changes Again

While Microsoft has been making some gains in the mobile market, it’s been anything but dominant. It still seems like Microsoft isn’t quite sure what strategy to take in the market, and keeps trying new things with each release to see what sticks. With the latest version of Windows Mobile the focus seems to be on creating a single platform for both PDAs and mobile phones — which is where things are going anyway. Overall, though, this seems like the typical Microsoft game plan. Keep adjusting and tweaking until they find the right combination in the offering, and the bludgeon the competition.
