SMSing Zombies
There are already thousands upon thousands of zombie desktops infected (without owners realizing it) with spamming software, and now a new such zombie program has shown up that will send out SMS spam at random. It’s only a matter of time before it’s not so random… and many phones are inundated with completely unwanted spam. Think about how much the “anti-spam” firms must be drooling about the potential for new business — which makes you wonder just how serious they are about really stopping this nuisance.
