Online Divorce Getting More Respectable

from the easy-come,-easy-go dept

Everyone seems fascinated by the idea of getting a divorce online. After all, these days, most wedding planning is done online, so why not divorces? We first mentioned the idea two and a half years ago, and it’s become increasingly popular. However, there were some concerns last year that many online divorces were really scams. Now, however, it sounds like the whole online divorce thing is going mainstream with new companies trying to get in on the market. Of course, there are still concerns about both scams and whether or not getting divorced should be so easy. Considering the ease with which a couple can get married in the first place, I guess it makes sense to make it just as easy on the other end. If people are really concerned about the “easiness” of the process, perhaps they should focus on the marriage side before they worry so much about the divorce.
