How Would Your CEO Do On Your Basic Employment Interview?

Fast Company went around and asked five CEOs to answer a standard question from that company’s interview process. Four out of the five received failing grades – as judged by Fast Company’s readers. Admittedly, the judging is very subjective. Of course, what this really made me think about is how useful are interview questions like the ones posed in the story? They all seem to elicit the same type of response that doesn’t give all that much insight into the person.
