WiFi Gridlock Coming?

A new report is saying that WiFi interference in urban areas will become a problem next year. The guy who wrote the report says he discovered the problem with his own WiFi access point at home, that had interference problems when students came back to school last month, and a bunch of new access points were set up near his home. He did some research on the issue, and now believes that WiFi interference in urban areas will hit a critical level sometime in 2004. The solution, he says, is to have the FCC release more spectrum.
