Camera Phone Excitement Helps Spark Wireless Internet Use
Yet another study is now saying that wireless data usage is up for the first time in years – thanks mainly to camera phones. Not all that surprising. Instead of pitching an amorphous “internet on your phone”, carriers are finally pitching a very specific, easy to understand data task that can be done via the phone – and people are using it. Seems like a good lesson in not marketing something too broadly if you want consumers to adopt it.
