SCO To Novell: See You In Court
from the this-is-getting-ridiculous dept
This is sounding more and more like a bunch of pre-schoolers fighting. SCO today responded to Novell’s claims that they own the intellectual property SCO claimed IBM had stolen from them. The response is pretty much thumbing their nose at Novell’s claims. They basically say, Novell’s claims are irrelevant, but we’ll sue them anyway. It sounds like SCO has lawyers for brains these days. It’s yet another case where lawyers, who understand the law but not business, are influencing business people. They also claim that they’ll finally discuss the stolen code in June – but only to specific people.

Let em. They need to be discredited a couple more times though.
