We all know that there are a ton of commercial WiFi WISPs out there these days, but a couple of years ago, a venture capital firm couldn’t find one they liked to invest in – so they built their own. Of course, if that’s the case, you have to wonder why their business model sounds just like every other commercial hotspot provider out there.
