Is M-Commerce Dead and Buried?
A few years ago, it was all the rage. However, judging by just how little we get to use this icon, I think we can agree that the idea of “m-commerce” is pretty much dead. Of course, as with any overhyped technology, once it’s officially been declared dead as a doorknob – that’s when the interesting stuff starts happening. There’s no longer unrealistic expectations, and people solving real problems get to work and come up with creative solutions. So, while the overhyped version of m-commerce may be dead, watch out for the real version. It may take you by surprise.
