Sex.com Conman Continues Ludicrous Legal Fight
from the and-on-and-on-and-on dept
Over the years, we’ve posted many many stories about the legal battle over the domain sex.com. In doing so, I’ve even gotten onto the Sex.com PR peoples’ mailing list (yes, they have PR people). However, these days, the story has gone on for so long, that I’m never sure if it’s worth posting new updates. Thankfully, the Register comes along and does a great recap of the case, including a careful tearing apart of the latest ridiculous claims from the man who originally stole sex.com, as he appeals the decisions against him all the way to the Supreme Court. The Register steps through Cohen’s twisted logic, including the idea that the ruling against him is unconstitutional because it makes him a “slave” to Gary Kremen, the man who originally registered (and now, rightfully, owns again) sex.com.
