A Twist On Charges For Cell Phone Tossers

If you follow baseball at all, you’ll probably have heard of a few incidents where (drunk) fans have been throwing mobile phones at players, hitting one player in the head (leading some to joke that the phone tosser should be given a pitching tryout). Here’s a tongue-in-cheek suggestion for what to do the next time this happens: let the player keep the phone and make however many calls to whatever numbers he wants. Then, require the phone tosser to pay the bill. Seems like a reasonable solution to me.
