Billing Problems Will Compound 3G Debt
A new study is pointing out that it’s unlikely most wireless carriers are going to be able to offer the billing systems that people will expect with their 3G offerings. The end result is going to be an increase in customer disputes over charges, which could cost the carriers quite a bit.
