Declan McCullough, always on the look out for bad internet-related legal issues, has noticed that a last minute amendment to some (completely unrelated) child abduction legislation would criminalize having a misleading domain name when using it to point to a site with sexual content. The penalty would be two to four years in jail. That certainly seems to be a bit on the extreme side.
