400,000 Stolen Mobile Phones Disabled

In a continuing effort to slow down street crime, where mobile phone theft is huge problem, more than 400,000 stolen mobile phones have been disabled – thus lessening the incentive for thieves to steal them. Apparently, people have figured out a way to work around that issue.
