New Ways To Untether Travelers

A New York Times article looking at how WiFi is showing up in airports, airplanes and hotels for business travelers makes a very important point at the end. Despite all the hype about WiFi, for many non-technical people, it’s still not foolproof. There are any number of problems that people can (and often do) face when trying to connect to a random WiFi network. As more places prepare to offer commercial WiFi solutions, they need to be aware of what the customer support and tech support requirements are going to be.
