Security Firm Shuttered By Sabotage

from the can't-be-good-for-business dept

For all the computer crime threats any company faces, the biggest always comes from people inside the company itself. Security software firm Janteknology seems to have learned this lesson the hard way as they

have been forced to shut down due to an employee sabotaging their own computer systems. Of course, it sounds like the company was facing general recession-related business problems already, and might have just used this as an “excuse” for shutting down. However, it certainly is quite a statement on where the real risks are when a security software firm gets knocked down by one of its own employees.
