Wireless Carriers Need To Smooth Over Glitches

What a shocker. Executives at wireless carriers are admitting that they need to fix some glitches with their latest generation of overhyped wireless services. It’s the same old story: they over promised and under delivered. They haven’t figure out how to stop the overhype (have you seen the press releases coming out of 3 these days?), so now they’re saying that they should make sure that the products they are releasing should work. It turns out (and if this surprises you, you haven’t been following the same industry everyone else has), that customers are getting increasingly angry to find out that highly touted services don’t work as promised (if at all).
