Telecom's Downturn Spurs Another Sector

With the telecom downturn forcing telecom companies to pinch their pennies, one thing they want to be sure of is that they’re not overpaying fees they send to other carriers for calls that use their networks. And, so, a new industry is born, checking and re-checking network usage to make sure telecom firms aren’t overpaying. Of course, what’s really needed is a similar system for consumers to make sure those very same telecom firms aren’t overcharging them.
