Siemens SX1 Smarthphone
Siemens is rumored to announce a new Series 60 smartphone this week at 3GSM in Cannes. The initial specs are what you’d expect and in line with Nokia’s 3650 and Sony Ericsson’s P800. The one strange design element is the number button placement. The buttons are placed left and right of the screen, 5 on each side. Navigation buttons are directly below the screen. This could make text entry pretty tricky for those used to the traditional 9 key layout with predictive text entry.
