Pet Cures Go High-Tech

More filler pieces for a slow news day. AP is running a story about high tech advances in veterinary medicine. It’s not so much “advances” as it is trickle down technology from human medicine, such as MRIs. Many vets assume that if an animal is diagnosed with certain things, the only solution is to put them to sleep. However, increasingly there are pet surgeons who are willing to treat animals with cures that, in the past, were reserved only for humans.
