What's At The End Of Rainbow

Over the summer a group of carriers and equipment makers got together to form Project Rainbow, a consortium dedicated to build out a national Wi-Fi network with cellular roaming agreements. That’s pretty much all we heard about it till this week. Supposedly the group will be making some announcements this week further outlining their plans. Don’t expect too much, with companies like Intel, AT&T, Verizon, Cingular and IBM involved Project Rainbow is going to more about marketing than an actual product or service.
