Doing Business by Cellphone Creates New Liability Issues

The NY Times is running an article looking at the legal liabilities companies may face if their employees get into a car accident while talking on their mobile phones. It seems more and more victims of car accidents are suing employers. The results so far have been mixed, but it’s going to be a growing concern, and some companies are officially publishing policies telling employees they’re not allowed to talk on a mobile phone while driving.
