Amazon And Google Push Forward With Web Services

from the it's-working... dept

Despite all the hype for many years about web services that had many people scratching their head, it only took a few simple examples for people to quickly realize the potential benefits. Specifically, the moves earlier this year of both Amazon and Google offering up web services routes into their databases – and simply letting developers play around.
