SPIRIT Announces New Vocoders

SPIRIT has announced two new low bit rate vocoders. The new 1000 and 2000 bps vocoders are designed for applications with tight storage constraints such as PDAs, home appliances and digital answering machines. Both vocoders are compliant with TI’s eXpressDSP standard.
