Ultra-Wideband Chasing Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
Because folks who follow the wireless industry never seem to think there’s a potential conflict they can’t hype up enough, Business 2.0 has an article comparing ultra-wideband (UWB) wireless with WiFi and bluetooth, saying that some think UWB will end up surpassing both of the other technologies. We’ve discussed this argument before, and it may be true that UWB is a better technology. However, there’s always going to be a “better” technology out there. The question is really which one catches on, and reaches critical mass.
