A new company has won one of the two needed approvals to take people on gravity defying trips on an old Boeing 727. The flights consist of a steep climb and then a rapid dive, and let the passengers experience weightlessness for up to 30 seconds. NASA uses such flights for training astronauts, but soon anyone (with enough cash to spare) can go through the (occasionally) vomit-inducing experience. It’s basically the world’s largest roller coaster.
