Stories about people being saved thanks to their mobile phones are becoming more and more common. The latest story involves a snowboarder who fell into a crevasse in Austria. What’s funny is that he sent his girlfriend an SMS instead of calling her for help. If I was stranded in a crevasse, I think I would want to hear a comforting voice.
