The National Journal has a good article detailing the history of the battle between Hollywood and Silicon Valley. Not all that much new if you’ve been following this whole thing, but it does put some of it in perspective. Also it’s nice to see (finally!) an article that mentions that consumers are a player in all of this as opposed to just entertainment and technology companies.
