Want To Own Some Patents And Trademarks?

The US Patent and Trademark Office has a ton of paper that is looking for a home. They recently moved to an electronic database, and are planning on destroying tons of old paper records if they can’t find some organization to take them. Some people are afraid that losing those old paper documents will take away a useful “backup” of all the patent and trademark data. Of course, I imagine some people might think having to start from scratch when it came to our patent and trademark system might be a good thing.
