If someone was going to develop a wireless way to track and communicate with hunting dogs, you can bet it would be the Finns. They have developed a device that combines GSM and GPS so hunters can not track their dogs, but also issue verbal commands remotely. Kind of takes the sport out of it, doesn’t it?
