People Remember Brand Names

This one might win the award for stating the completely obvious. A study has been done that shows people remember brand names. Well, that’s good to know, because I had been assuming that brands were completely useless. The only other interesting thing to come out of the study was that people remember brand names better if they use all capital letters. Unfortunately, this probably means that more brands will start “screaming” at people in their advertising – something, we at TECHDIRT would never stoop too…
