China's Declaration Of Internet Users' Rights

A group of 18 Chinese dissidents and intellectuals have published and signed a declaration of internet users’ rights to stand up to China’s censoring of the internet, as well as the many ISPs who have agreed to pro-actively censor their users. Somehow, I get the feeling that this is just the sort of thing that China doesn’t want to see online.
