Lucent To Push WLAN/3G Solutions
Lucent has teamed up with Agere Systems, Hewlett-Packard, iPass, ipUnplugged and Sierra Wireless to sell secure WLAN/3G solutions to enterprises. Eventually the solutions will offer roaming between WLANs and 3G networks. Lucent is hoping that by helping carriers evangelize services to end-users they will drive new orders for infrastructure.
