Dot Com IPOs Coming Back?

We’ve covered each of the recent “surprising” dot com IPOs, and now Fortune is wondering if these IPOs will start a trend. Everyone agrees that thing will definitely remain quiet for a while, but the fact that all three IPOs did okay (not great, but not terrible) certainly will influence others to test the public market waters.
