Telecom regulation has been a mess. I think most people agree on that. No one seems to agree on anything. One sides says that increased regulation will kill the industry. The other side says that decreased regulation will kill the industry. Some are even wondering why we have an FCC at all. All of these issues were up for debate at a one-day conference yesterday.
