Sirius Withdraws FCC Petition

At the 802.11 East conference last week WECA chairman Dennis Eaton pointed out that Sirius’ complaint about Wi-Fi interfering with their satallite radio service was weak and would go no where. They must have been listening because today Sirius withdrew their FCC petition. Yet another win for Wi-Fi which is everyone’s favorite tech these days.
