Switzerland gets free MMS service
There are some concerns that the high cost of MMS will deter user take up. Swisscom is trying to spur MMS by offering it for free for a limited time. European carriers know the value of data for users and for their bottom line. This is the second example we’ve seen this month of them getting aggressive about driving new data adoption. If only the US carriers would think this way.
