Cingular Enters Bundling Deal with SBC
Cingular and SBC (one of Cingular’s owners) are going to working together of bundled services to subscribers. Customers will be able to get a single bill for services such as wireless, fixed-line, satellite and DSL services in markets where the companies offer such services. Bundling is a smart way to build customer loyalty and upsell new service. But it’s big integration project. Cingular is still integrating it’s wireless components, hopefully these efforts won’t interfere with each other. Otherwise you risk losing customers.
