CARP Rejected

After a tremendous amount of fighting, it appears that the CARP webcast royalty payment plan that would likely have driven most webcasters out of business, has been rejected. There was no explanation given, but it seems that the amount of lobbying done by webcasters and their supporters certainly helped. Now, the two sides have a chance to try to work out a much more reasonable plan.
