Customers Implementing Internet Death Penalty

from the bad-sites,-too-bad dept

A new study suggests that visitors to websites that they find don’t work well, or don’t give them what they want are unlikely to ever return. Of course, this sounds really obvious, but, it seems companies still don’t care very much about making sure their websites work properly. For instance, I’ve been trying for the last week to contact a particular company from their websites, and their official “contact” page has been showing a 404 Page Not Found. It actually makes me wonder if the company is even in business any more.
