Internet Pay Phone In NYC

from the where-are-the-vandals? dept

In the days before everyone had cell phones, I experienced (quite a few times) the fun of searching the streets of New York City for a working pay phone. It was never that easy. That’s why I’m not so sure how long a internet ready pay phone will last on the streets of midtown Manhattan. I’m sure it’s nice, but it still seems a bit pricey at $0.25 a minute – and that assumes that it will actually stay functional for more than a day at a time.
